iPad kiosk for car shows and showrooms

An iPad next to the car.
A qualified lead at the end.

ShowroomOS turns the tablet on your stand into a showcase visitors explore on their own: colours, specs, brochures. When they are convinced they leave their details, and you already know what they looked at.

The ShowroomOS kiosk in portrait: an SUV in a bright studio, the model name and an invitation to tap.

High score, sent to the CRM

At a show, a visitor stays ninety seconds.

No salesperson walks them through it and nobody explains how it works. So there is one path only, with large buttons and one thing at a time.

  1. Kiosk attract screen: a dark SUV in a bright studio and an invitation to tap the screen.

    01

    They walk up

The iPad shows the car full size and invites a tap. Language of choice: German, French, Italian or English.

  2. Kiosk vehicle page with photo, colour swatches, specs, energy label and action bar.

    02

    They explore

Colours, specs, gallery, brochure and energy label. One idea per screen, no menus to decode.

  3. Kiosk contact form for a test drive, with large fields and separate consents.

    03

    They leave their details

Test drive, quote or brochure: a short form, clear consents, instant confirmation even offline.

Screens of a demo brand, sample content and data.

The exhibition hall Wi-Fi is not your problem.

Before the event the iPad downloads photos, videos, brochures and forms. During the show it waits for nothing: tap it and it responds at once.

Leads are saved on the device and go out by themselves as soon as there is a connection, exactly once even if the network comes and goes. The visitor sees the confirmation straight away; you find the complete request in the back office.

The dashed line is the network: when it is missing, leads wait on the iPad.

One back office for the whole team.

Marketing prepares the exhibition, event staff pair the iPads, sales sees its own leads. Everyone in their own role.

  • Six layouts, dressed by the brand

Colours, fonts, logos, corners and buttons come from the back office. The same iPad wears one brand at one event and another at the next, without touching a line of code.

  • Badges and energy label

Warranty, special editions, awards: up to three badges per car. The Swiss energy label is filled in per version and opens full screen.

  • Shows and showrooms

An exhibition can have dates, like a show, or stay open, like a showroom. Cars on display, showcase colour and station are set for each one.

  • Leads that arrive qualified

Every request carries the event, station, vehicle, colour, sections viewed and a score. The team knows whom to call back first.

  • Delivery to email and CRM

Rules by brand, event and request type. The lead goes out by itself to the team’s inbox or your CRM, with retries and a log of every delivery.

  • Event numbers

Sessions, conversion, most viewed vehicle, the path from first tap to lead. Exportable as CSV when you need them elsewhere.

For anyone who displays cars and wants to know who stopped by.

Importers

Several brands, one platform. Each brand in its own look, each record in its own organisation.

Dealers

The showroom keeps working when the sales team is busy: the customer explores, the lead stays.

Shows and events

Stands ready in advance, iPads that do not depend on the hall Wi-Fi, leads to work on the next day.

Visitor data stays where it belongs.

  • Explicit consent: every lead keeps which consents were given, with the version of the text accepted.
  • Each organisation sees only its own data, even when several brands share the same platform.
  • Data in Switzerland, no tracking tools, no data resold. Compliant with the Swiss FADP and, where it applies, the GDPR.

Try it on a real iPad.

We show you the kiosk with your cars and the back office with test leads. Half an hour, at your place or on video.
